- Attendance at our Firm is by appointment. If you arrive
without having made an appointment we cannot guarantee that
you will be able to see the person you require. Clients
with appointments will always take precedence.
- Our office hours are usually Monday to Friday from 9.00
am to 5.00 pm. However earlier or later appointments can
be made by special arrangement. If you are unable to attend
an appointment please let us know at least 24 hours before
hand. If you fail to attend a meeting without giving sufficient
notice you will be billed for the time allocated to you.
We will of course consider extenuating circumstances.
- We endeavour to return phone calls as soon as possible,
usually the same day but certainly within 24 hours during
our busier periods
Privacy
Client data and information is respected and protected by
law and our own code of conduct. We will not give any information
pertaining to yourself and your affairs to any other person
without your permission. This includes spouses, business partners,
third parties etc.
